We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flattered purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
